This plate is stamped with the Moselle pattern was made for retail in Quebec.
I really liked the pattern and the colour. It reminds me of the canal.
It may be a test piece, as the pattern is only on the rim. Other Moselle pieces found in my research included beavers within a maple leaf, thistle, and English rose pattern, along with views of Quebec in the centre.
