Celebrate the Past: Look to the Future
MIG was thrilled to collaborate with Ceramic City Stories to produce #SharedStories in Stoke during the recent British Ceramic Biennale. The exhibition which ran from 20th September – 4th November 2023 was rooted in a mutual desire to build relationships and community around our shared clay stories, heritage and history. It provided the opportunity to safeguard and create new knowledge, learn more and celebrate the United Kingdom’s industrial pottery past, present and future.
We think it might be the first time that Scottish industrial pottery has been exhibited in Stoke, if we are mistaken, please let us know! BIG thank you to Danny Callaghan for hosting us at Winkhill Mill – we loved it.
